Going into our second season, our team changed from twelve members to eleven after one of us left the school. That small change made a big impact, and roles became more defined. I fully focused on media and business this season. I still helped the mechanics team when needed, but my main responsibilities were now building our brand, creating content, and handling sponsorships and budgeting.

This season felt very different. We were no longer just learning—we were trying to level up. I became more connected to my teammates and more involved in the direction of the team. Out of all eleven people, I became one of the top three most relied-on members across different sections. In media and business, that was me. For programming and mechanics, there were two others.

Our robot also improved a lot this year. It became one of the best-performing robots in our school. We proved our progress during the ID IFR, Nusantara Regional FTC 2023 to 2024. We were the Alliance Captain of Seed 4 and ended up as Event Champions. We also won the Innovate Award sponsored by RTX and placed third in the Design Award.

Even with all that improvement, the teamwork issues did not really go away. Some people still did not do their jobs, and communication was still tough. But this season helped me grow a lot. One of my biggest challenges was writing the team proposal and taking care of business matters. It was my first time doing that kind of work, and even though it was hard, I pulled through and we won. I am really proud of that.

I also learned that you cannot always rely on others. Sometimes the work you expect just does not get done, and in the end, it is up to you. I learned not to delay tasks because rushing at the last minute just causes stress. I started thinking more clearly this season, focusing on what really matters instead of just chasing what looks good. I also gained experience writing engineering books, proposals, and organizing team finances.
