History.
Since I was a kid, I’ve always been interested in exercise, but it wasn’t until junior high that I discovered calisthenics. Inspired by social media, I was fascinated by the strength and control people demonstrated through bodyweight exercises. I started training hard and consistently, but the journey wasn’t easy. There were times when progress seemed slow, and it felt like I hit a wall, despite putting in the effort. What kept me going was the fact that very few 14-year-olds in Indonesia were into calisthenics, and that drove me to stay consistent and push through the challenges.
